Priority

In 2004, the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) in the U.S. Department of Education announced a competition to fund projects to support research to make large-scale assessments of reading proficiency more accessible for students who have disabilities that affect reading. The priority was announced in the Federal Register on July 1, 2004. Additional background information was provided in the Application package.
